Registration will be open from 9.30am
We will be setting off our Big Dog Walk at 10:30am. We will have walk leaders leading each route and you can stop off on the way for some rest at our pitstops en route.
If you can’t make the 10.30am you can join our 2nd walk at 12.30pm.
We won’t allow people out on the route after 12:30pm so please ensure you arrive to start your walk by 12:30pm
Adult ticket - £10.50 (£11.13 inc. booking fee)
CHILDREN UNDER 16 & ALL DOGS GO FREE
Yes you can purchase tickets at the main entrance to the Big Dog Walk. Any advance promotions will not be valid to use when purchasing tickets on the day.
The Big Dog Walk would like as many people taking part to get sponsored for their walk as possible.
If you already have a Charity in mind that you wish to support then you can buy your place as normal and start your fundraising for them straight away. We would always suggest contacting the charity you are fundraising for as they will be able to help you on your fundraising journey!
Unfortunately, because of the terrain and varying weather conditions we cannot guarantee the walks will be suitable for wheelchair users.

Yes, there are tented areas for dogs to rest and take cover in case of extreme hot or wet weather on the route.
Visitors should make extra provisions for any weather eventuality as although we’d love to have sunshine we cannot guarantee this due to the great British weather! The Big Dog Walk organisers advise bringing provisions suitable for walking including appropriate footwear and waterproof clothing.
Please consider the temperament of your dog before you decide to attend. The walks will be busy with other dogs and people, and knowing your own dog(s), you should consider if this is an environment which they will enjoy. Yes, you are welcome to attend and be ready to give out lots of strokes to the dogs on the walk.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drink for you and your dog!
We allow filming at the event but wish to protect the integrity of the event. You are free to record your own visit for your own personal home use. You will not be able to sell any photos or moving images of the event for commercial or other gain. Please respect the privacy of other attendees who may not want to be filmed. Please do not bring any professional equipment with you and please be aware of health and safety issues.
