Our Event Village is open from 9:30am to enjoy all of the free activities.
There will be two walk start times to manage capacity. Choose between a 10:30 and 11:30 walk, and arrive up to 1 hour before your start time to have a sniff around before the walk starts. We'll have walk leaders on each route and you can stop off along the way at our pawsome pitstops for a drink and a rest.

If you already have a Charity in mind that you wish to support then you can buy your place as normal and start your fundraising for them straight away. Yes, there are tented areas for dogs to rest and take cover in case of extreme hot or wet weather on the route.
Visitors should make extra provisions for any weather eventuality as although we’d love to have sunshine we cannot guarantee this due to the great British weather! The Big Dog Walk organisers advise bringing provisions suitable for walking including appropriate footwear and waterproof clothing.
Please consider the temperament of your dog before you decide to attend. The walks will be busy with other dogs and people, and knowing your own dog(s), you should consider if this is an environment which they will enjoy. Yes, you more than are welcome to attend and enjoy a Sunday stoll alongside lots of doggy friends. Be sure to check with their human before you stroke any dogs.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drink for you and your dog! There will also be a variety of delicious options for you browse in our Event Village.
We allow filming at the event but wish to protect the integrity of the event. You are free to record your own visit for your own personal home use. You will not be able to sell any photos or moving images of the event for commercial or other gain. Please respect the privacy of other attendees who may not want to be filmed. Please do not bring any professional equipment with you and please be aware of health and safety issues.
